過去實證研究強調了主動性人格對促進個體職涯滿意度的重要性,而環境因素也是影響職涯滿意度的重要角色之一。目的:本研究探討主動性人格與社會支持對臺灣女子職業高爾夫選手職涯滿意度的預測情形。方法:以75位臺灣女子職業高爾夫選手為對象,平均年齡30.19歲。經參與者同意後,填寫主動性人格量表、社會支持量表以及職涯滿意度量表,並以皮爾遜積差相關與多元階層迴歸進行統計分析。結果:主動性人格與贊助商支持能夠顯著正向預測職涯滿意度;而家人支持、朋友支持與教練支持則無法顯著預測職涯滿意度。結論:主動性人格為預測女子職業高爾夫選手職涯滿意度最重要的變項,其次為贊助商的支持。建議未來可針對低主動性人格的選手,適時提供輔導與教育訓練,讓選手瞭解主動採取行動與改變環境的行為有助於獲得較高的職涯滿意度。此外,提供相關贊助將有助於職業選手獲得較高的職涯滿意度。
Previous studies have highlighted the importance of proactive personality in fostering individual's career satisfaction in the workplace. In addition to personality, environmental factors also play an important role on career satisfaction. Purpose: This study examined the predictions of proactive personality and social support on female professional golfers' career satisfaction. Method: Participants were 75 female professional golfers with an average age of 30.19 years. After received the informed consent, they were requested to complete inventories assessing proactive personality, social support, and career satisfaction. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation and multiple hierarchical regression. Results: Proactive personality and sponsor support positively predicted career satisfaction, whereas family support, friend support, and coach support could not significantly predict career satisfaction. Conclusion: The prediction of proactive personality was much stronger than sponsor support on professional golfers' career satisfaction. The findings suggest that providing education and training program for low proactive personality' golfers and letting them know to be proactive will help achieve higher career satisfaction. Moreover, the provision of relevant sponsors can help professional golfers enhance their career satisfaction.
