中國各地區醫療服務的效率分析－基於機會約束的DEA模型

摘要

醫療服務是與國民生活密切相關的一個問題，對醫療服務效率的研究有其重要的意義。本文嘗試運用機會約束的DEA模型對中國31個省市在2006年的醫療服務效率做出評價，並分析某些省份效率低下的原因。然後本文在基於投入不變和投入按比例增加兩種情形下，從產出角度得到2007年的產出理想值，最後根據產出理想與實際值分析結果並提出幾點可供選擇的建議。

The research on efficiency of medical service is of great significance since medical service is a nationwide concern. The study attempts to apply the chance constrained DEA model to evaluate the regional efficiencies of medical service for 31 Chinese provinces in 2006 and analyze some possible reasons for low efficiency in some specific provinces. Furthermore, the study obtains the ideal output value in 2007 with the output-oriented analysis based on both non-increasing and proportionally-increasing inputs conditions. Finally some constructive suggestions are provided based on the results.
