This study explores the impact of the coach's parental leadership, the personality difference of baseball players, and the team's shared mind on the baseball team. The participants of this research are the players of high school baseball teams at the north, central, and south part of Taiwan of 108th schools year, an entire 11 school teams. The study sent out 445 questionnaires, and 415 of them were valid, recycling ratio was 93.2%. The results were summarized as below: The parental leadership's authority and talent leadership could positively influence the team's shared mind. However, the kindness leadership of parental leadership has no influence the team's shared mind. The results also indicated that neuroticism, openness, agreeableness, and extraversion of the players' big-five personalities were positively influence the team's shared mind except for conscientiousness personality.
