本研究目的主要在探討運動中心之運動參與者對於使用APP的實用價值、心流體驗、滿意度與行為意圖之關係。研究資料採用問卷調查法,於2021年4月1日至4月5日晚上18:00-21:00,針對使用新莊國民運動中心APP的運動參與者為研究對象進行資料收集,共計施測300份,扣除填答不完整問卷,共計有效問卷266份,有效問卷率為88.67%。回收資料運用SPSS20.0進行樣本背景資料分析,再以Amos24.0統計軟體分析模型收斂效度、區別效度、適配度與路徑分析。研究結果顯示新莊國民運動中心APP使用者性別以男性為主182人次佔68.4%;年齡以20~29歲為主142人佔53.4%;教育程度以專科或大學為主137人佔51.5%。結構方程模式(structural equation modeling, SEM)分析結果顯示收斂效度、區別效度皆符合要求標準,整體模式適配度良好。新莊國民運動中心APP實用價值對心流體驗有顯著影響,非標準化迴歸係數為0.93(C.R.=9.59>1.96)達顯著水準;心流體驗對滿意度有顯著影響,非標準化迴歸係數為0.76(C.R.=8.87>1.96);心流體驗對行為意圖有顯著影響,非標準化迴歸係數為0.18(C.R.=2.62>1.96);滿意度對行為意圖有顯著影響,非標準化迴歸係數為0.20(C.R.=3.47>1.96)。故本研究依據研究結果提出對於國民運動中心應用APP進行運動推展及未來進行相關研究之建議,作為後續推廣及相關研究之參考。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between practical value, flow experience, satisfaction and behavioral intention of sports participants in sports center.Using the method of questionnaire survey, we collected data from the sports participants who used the APP of Xinzhuang national sports center from 18:00 to 21:00 p.m. from April 1 to April 5, 2021. A total of 300 participants were tested. After deducting incomplete questionnaires, there were 266 valid questionnaires, with an effective questionnaire rate of 88.67 %.The recovered data were analyzed by SPSS20.0 for sample background data, and then the convergence validity, discriminant validity, fitness and path analysis of the model were analyzed by AMOS24.0 statistical software. The results show that the gender of the APP users in Xinzhuang National Sports Center is mainly male, accounting for 68.4 % of 182 people; 142 were mainly aged from 20 to 29 years old, accounting for 53.4 %; The education level is mainly composed of specialist or university, and 137 people account for 51.5 %.Structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis results show that both the convergence validity and the discriminant validity meet the requirements, and the overall model fits. The practical value of APP in Xinzhuang National Sports Center had a significant impact on flow experience, and the non-standardized regression coefficient was 0.93 (C.R. = 9.59 > 1.96), which reached a significant level;Flow experience had a significant effect on satisfaction, with a non-standardized regression coefficient of 0.76 (C.R. = 8.87 > 1.96); Flow experience had a significant effect on behavioral intention, with a non-standardized regression coefficient of 0.18 (C.R. = 2.62 > 1.96); Satisfaction had a significant effect on behavioral intention, with a non-standardized regression coefficient of 0.20 (C.R. = 3.47 > 1.96).Therefore, based on the research results, this study puts forward some suggestions for sports promotion and related research in National Sports Center, which can be used as a reference for subsequent promotion and related research.
