運動計劃對大學新生體適能之影響

The Effects of Exercise Program on Physical Fitness of The University Freshmen Subjects

摘要


身體活動和體適能可能會影響青春期的健康狀況。現今體適能被認為是最重要的健康指標之一。本研究之目的是在探討運動計劃對大學新生體適能之影響。方法是以高雄市某大學新生為研究對象,採實驗研究法進行研究,隨機選取並隨機分組,分運動組及控制組各16名。運動組進行8週運動(柔軟度、肌力、肌耐力與敏捷)計劃,每週1次,每次50分鐘的運動介入,控制組則無任何運動計畫。並使用t-test進行相關統計分析,本研究結果發現,受試者在三分鐘登階、一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與坐姿體前彎等皆有顯著性之改善。本文藉實驗研究的方式,探討運動計劃對大學新生體適能之重要性,並提供體育課與體育老師之建議參考。

Physical activity and physical fitness may influence health status during adolescence. Physical fitness is nowadays considered one of the most important health markers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of exercise program on physical fitness of the university freshmen. Subjects for the study were selected from university freshmen in a university in Kaohsiung. Experimental methodology was employed, and subjects were randomly separated into exercise group and control group with 16 Subjects in each group. Subjects of exercise group performed 8 weeks of exercise program (flexibility, muscle strength, muscular endurance and agility), during which they exercised one times per week, and each exercise session lasted for fifty minutes while subjects of control group did not perform any kind of intervention. Data were collected and analyzed by statistical tests such as t-test. Results: subjects showed significant improvements in step test, 1 min sit-ups, standing long jump and sit and reach. Through experimental methodology, discuss the importance of exercise program on physical fitness of the university freshmen, And provide suggestions for physical education and sports teacher.
