摘要

Impacted maxillary incisors can have a major negative effect on dental and facial aesthetics. A 9-year-old boy accompanied by his parents came to our pediatric department for evaluation. Maxillary left central incisor impaction with space deficiency was noted. After surgical exposure with closed guided eruption technique under general anesthesia, maxillary arch expansion and orthodontic traction, the impacted tooth was brought to proper alignment. After two years of treatment, the impacted maxillary left central incisor has been brought back to normal dental alignment.

上顎門齒阻生對於病患無論是牙齒排列還是面部美觀上皆影響甚鉅。本案例為九歲男孩經檢查後發現左側上顎正中門齒阻生以及上顎前牙區牙齒排列空間不足。病患在全身麻醉下進行閉鎖式外科性齒露出術，並透過上顎擴張移動裝置提供阻生門齒萌發空間，後續使用固定矯正器將牙齒排列整齊。左側上顎正中門齒在兩年的治療後已被引導至正常齒列。
