摘要

狀況警覺能力是一種針對個人所從事的工作以及對週遭的事物保持警覺的能力。早期直至在越戰時期美國空軍時，整個狀況警覺並沒有正式之科學名稱。本文以飛航環境之飛行、維修、航管與機場管理爲例，分析了狀況警覺的應用。並藉由狀況警覺的三步驟與基本認知能力來培養良好的狀況警覺能力，以避免失去狀況警覺。另外恢復狀況警覺的九大步驟提供了對尚未發生的事情進行預想，以提升警覺能力。最後以團隊狀況警覺使每一位成員對自己所從事的工作，所應具備的狀況有所警覺，消弭認知的盲點及影響個人及團隊狀況警覺的因素，建立優質的組織文化，達成共同的目標。

The capability of Situational Awareness is an ability of a person to stay alert on his work and the surrounding affaires. There is not an official name for situational awareness until the Vietnam War from the US Air Force. In this paper, the flight environment includes the flight, maintenance, and air traffic and airport management as the example. This analysis the application of the situation awareness, and develop good cognitive ability to alert status by three steps of situational awareness and basic cognitive to avoid losing the situation awareness. In additional, the nine steps of recovery situational awareness provide foresee of the thing has not yet occurred to increase awareness capabilities. Finally, a team situational awareness can provide every member to have such ability on his work to eliminate cognitive blind spots and affect the factors of the situational awareness, also establish the high-quality organizational culture and achieve the collaborative goal.
