摘要

本文藉由反思彙總道德危機的導因，及推導道德危機各類可能模式，旨在凸顯道德危機之危害及其不為人知的底細，使道德危機真實面相浮上枱面，目的之一，寄望主其事者藉由反思，作為自我檢討與惕厲，杜絕輕率的判斷，以作出合理的因應作為。目的之二，期望藉由公民社會利基機制之運作，對道德危機能發揮監督與制衡力量，不致讓各類道德危機層出不窮。

This study argued that the operation of civil society is advantageous to the moral crisis's prevention. The civil society operation's foundation lies in citizen's conscientization. This study hoped that authorities in charge of the crisis could reconsider rationally. This study also expected that civil society can play the surveillance role.
