塑膠模具開發關鍵失效因素之分析與探討

Analysis and Discussion of Key Failure Factors for Plastic Injection Modes

摘要


本研究應用失效模式與效應分析的程序來探討塑膠模具在進行測試時,由於模具構造、塑膠材料、以及加工條件等因素而造成成型品的種種不良現象;並且藉由衡量失效模式的嚴重性、發生率、以及偵測度來決定風險優先數,並且進行失效模式的風險分級與排序,以做為模具開發人員降低塑膠模具失效風險,提高設計與開發成效的主要依據。

This study explores the failure modes of plastics products caused by the defects in mold structure, raw materials, or processing conditions during the tests with a method of the failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) procedure. By evaluating the severity, the occurrence, and the detection of each failure mode, the risk priority numbers of failure modes are constructed. Then the ranks of all failure modes could be determined. And some preventive actions for decreasing the failure risks are suggested in this study.
