摘要

本文主要從支持網絡關點來看新貧階級所面臨的工作與支持系統困境之探討，目前相關新貧研究鮮少以支持系統觀點來檢視，因此本研究透過整理十年的新貧相關文獻，研究發現支持系統薄弱是新貧最主要的問題，且支持系統多注重於正式系統探討，本研究認為非正式系統也是關鍵，透過建構正式與非正式系統才能讓新貧擁有完善的支持協助。

This paper discusses the dilemma of the work and support system focus on the new poor, from the view of the support network. Nowadays, the relevant new poverty research rarely to discussed support system. Therefore, this study through the finishing of the decade related, the literature showed that the weak support system was the most important problem of the new poverty, and the support system focused on the formal system. The study thinks that the informal system is also the key, through the construction of formal and informal system can make the new poor have a complete support to help.
