安全衛生教育訓練:針對機械安全操作之統計研究

摘要


18世紀的第一次工業革命發明了蒸汽機開始,機械的使用給人類帶來豐裕的生活與便利的交通,但也伴隨了各式類型的機械危險。因此,如何避免機械危害也成為每一個現代國家致力改善與努力的目標。在避免機械危害中,以未作適當的安全衛生教育訓練最為關鍵,因為所有的問題中心都出於人為因素。本研究即以學生較普遍可接觸使用的桌上型砂輪機為範例,分別對學生有無接受安全衛生教育訓練做統計的分析,以了解安全衛生教育訓練對砂輪機構造、作業前檢查、安全操作、及使用個人防護具等認知的差異性,來提昇對安全衛生教育訓練需求的注重。從統計分析結果顯示,有接受安全衛生教育訓練的學生,對桌上型砂輪機之構造、作業前檢查、安全操作、及使用正確個人防護具等各項認知均優於未接受安全衛生教育訓練的學生。所以強調與實施安全衛生教育訓練,可增加對安全操作與使用桌上型砂輪機的正確認知,將可提昇桌上型砂輪機的操作與使用安全。

The first industrial revolution is from the 18th century that invented the steam engine. The use of machinery brings abundant life and convenient transportation to humans, but it also accompanies various types of mechanical hazards. Therefore, how to avoid mechanical hazards has also become the goal of every modern country to improve and work hard. In avoiding mechanical hazards, it is the most critical to fail to provide appropriate safety and health education and training. Because all problem centers are due to human factors. This study is based on the example of abrasive wheels grinder that are more commonly accessible to students. In order to understand the differences in the understanding of safety and health education and training on the structure of abrasive wheels grinder, pre-operation inspections, safe operations, and the use of personal protective equipment, etc., to enhance the focus on safety and health education and training needs. From the statistical analysis results, it is shown that students who have received safety and health education training are better than those who have not received safety and health education training on the structure, pre-operation inspection, safe operation, and use of correct personal protective equipment. Therefore, emphasizing and implementing safety and health education and training will increase the correct understanding of the safe operation and use of desktop grinders, and will enhance the operation and use of desktop grinders.
