面對科技時代的進步,且工廠的改善也變得日漸重要,如此才能確保企業的競爭,除了對產品品質的注重以及降低成本兩者之外,準時交貨的觀念也日益重要,為了提升自己的競爭優勢,提升交貨速度、改善生產系統,減少比其他競爭者更少的生產時間,達到最好的達交率是重要的,因此本研究利用系統模擬軟體來改善目前工廠自身的規劃,如何去獲得最佳的產能,這對產業是一種可以強化自身本質,對客戶做出快速反映,提升競爭力的優良選擇。本研究以壓花輪產業為研究個案,針對其生產線製程進行分析研究,以Arena系統模擬軟體進行個案生產模式的模擬建構,並選擇六個耗時較長的工作站作為實驗因子以及達交率與生產時間作為本研究的兩個反應變數,在研究結果方面提供最佳之因子水準配置建議。

In order to enhance their competitive advantage, improve delivery speed, improve production system and reduce production time compared with other competitors, It is important to achieve the best reach, so this study uses system simulation software to improve the current plant's own planning, how to get the best production capacity, which is an industry that can strengthen its own essence and make a quick response to customers. This study takes the embossing wheel industry as a research case, the analysis and study of its production process, with the Arena system model simulations software into a case production model of the mold simulations structure, and choose the six time-consuming workstation as the experiment factor as well as the intersection rate and the production time as the two response variable of this study.
