天然災害對供應鏈風險、供應鏈脆弱性、供應鏈中斷及供應鏈變革之影響

The Impact of Natural Disasters on Supply Chain Risk, Supply Chain Vulnerability, Supply Chain Disruption and Supply Chain Change

摘要


頻繁的天然災害經常造成公司龐大損失,亦對供應鏈造成鉅大影響。本研究以內容分析法、主題分析法蒐集與天然災害、供應鏈風險、供應鏈脆弱性、供應鏈中斷、供應鏈變革相關之內容,並藉由歸納法統整及分析,所得結論如下:(1)許多驅動因素皆會造成供應鏈風險、供應鏈脆弱性、供應鏈中斷的發生,其發生會對公司造成極大損失,因此可藉由瞭解並管理其驅動因素以降低傷害。(2)天然災害會對供應鏈造成許多傷害及影響,可能會造成供應鏈風險與供應鏈中斷的發生、供應鏈脆弱性的增加、供應鏈變革的興起。(3)供應鏈的結構是環環相扣的,當供應鏈風險發生時,會加劇供應鏈的脆弱性與供應鏈中斷的發生,且供應鏈越脆弱,就會更常發生中斷事件,因此企業為預防供應鏈中斷的發生,而開始改變其供應鏈。

Frequent natural disasters often cause huge losses to the company and also have a huge impact on the supply chain. This research uses content analysis and thematic analysis to collect content related to natural disasters, supply chain risk, supply chain vulnerability, supply chain disruption, and supply chain change and uses Inductive reasoning to summarize and analyze the content. The conclusions are: (1) Many driving factors can cause supply chain risk, supply chain vulnerability, and supply chain disruption, which can cause great losses to the company. Therefore, we can understand and manage their driving factors to reduce harm. (2) Natural disasters cause many damages and impacts on the supply chain, which may cause supply chain risk and supply chain disruption, the increase of supply chain vulnerability, and the rise of supply chain change. (3) The structure of the supply chain is interlocking. When supply chain risk occur, the vulnerability of the supply chain and the occurrence of supply chain disruption will be increase. The more vulnerability of the supply chain, the more frequent disruption will occur. Therefore, in order to prevent the occurrence of supply chain disruption, companies have begun to change their supply chain.
