我國拔河運動發展之探討

摘要

我國自1990年開始引進八人制拔河運動；由1999年以教育部體育署大力推展校園拔河活動做起，使我國在2005年獲得到首面女子拔河國際運動賽事金牌；又於四年後的2009年高雄世界運動會再次獲得女子拔河項目冠軍，也趁此在我國舉辦的國際大型賽事讓國民開始關注拔河運動。使拔河運動的發展也逐漸成長到至今2020年，我國男子、女子拔河運動整體發展是能夠迎領世界水平，而國際的競賽成績也是讓世界各國刮目相看。本文以文獻分析法蒐集相關文獻資料及大會媒體報導的一手資料加以探討結果：一、我國女子500公斤級於2018年世界盃室外拔河錦標賽完成五連霸及世運會四連霸的佳績；二、拔河項目列入公私立高級中學學校暨專科學校及公私立大專校院運動績優生甄審、甄試升學項目；三、教育部體育署推展全國各級拔河活動中定期舉辦教練裁判研習會，培育優秀教練與裁判；在上述研究結果下，我國拔河運動無論是女子組、男子組皆能在國際上展露頭角，成為非亞奧運運動中的優勢項目。因此教育部提供經費補助、辦理培訓專業項目教練裁判、運動績優生保送制度等等，是我國拔河運動發展能持續並保持優勢重要因素。

Taiwan introduction of the tug-of-war has begun ,since 1990, starting with the Ministry of Education's Sports Department vigorously promoting the campus tug-of-war in 1999, Taiwan women's tug-of-war team won the first international competition's gold medal in 2005; 4 years later, Taiwan women's tug-of-war team won the again in the 2009 Kaohsiung World Games. Also taking advantage of this, In Taiwan's international competitions held have made the people pay attention to the tug-of-war. As a result, the development of the tug-of-war has gradually grown to 2020. The overall development of the Taiwan men's and women's tug-of-war team are able to meet the world level, and the international competition results are also impressive. This article uses the literature analysis method to collect relevant literature materials and the first materials reported by the conference media to discuss the results: First, Taiwan women's 500kg team finishs 5 consecutive championships in 2018 World Cup outdoor tug-of-war championship,and 4 consecutive in World Games. Second, the tug-of-war project is included in the public sports private high schools,vocational schools and public private colleges and universities sports outstanding students screening test entry. Third, the sports department of the Ministry of Education promotes tug-of-war activities at all levels throughout the country and regularly organizes coach and referee seminars to cultivate excellent coaches and referees. The above research results, both the Taiwan women and men's tug-of-war team can show in the international arena and become an advantageous event in the non-Asian Olympic Games.The Ministry of Education's provision of financial subsidies, coaching and refereeing for training professional projects, and the sports performance guarantee system are important factors for the sustainable development of tug-of-war in Taiwan.
