摘要

臺灣遊艇產業發展至今已近一甲子。根據國際知名遊艇產業雜誌遊艇訂單結果統計，2019年臺灣位居全球第5名，在亞洲更位居第1位，顯示臺灣遊艇製造在世界上具其代表性的地位，也因遊艇製造業已居亞洲之冠，是以專業人員養成已臻成熟。其中，部分歷史悠久之造船公司開始創造自有品牌，透過一條龍的服務模式，提供客製化服務，廣獲名流青睞。國內遊艇產業也因法規鬆綁，有效提升活動便利性，促使遊艇服務業快速發展。然而，近來遊艇服務業雖因產業需求而起，卻也存在學用落差及產業人才需求缺口等問題。因此，本文擬蒐集相關資訊，對應產業端關鍵職能，進行遊艇產業遊程設計人員專業職能開發，以供未來產業之參考。

Starting in the 1960s, Taiwan's yacht industry has been developing itself for nearly 60 years. According to statistics for orders of mega-yachts over 80-feet long in a well-known international magazine, Taiwan ranked 1st in Asia and 5th in the world in 2019, showing its prominent position as a yacht manufacturing base in the world. As a result, the cultivation system of technical professionals for boat manufacturers has matured. Nova Marine, under its private brand Novatec, is oriented to be at the top in the shipbuilding industry in Taiwan and the world. By staying ahead in the yacht industry, it has been hailed as the founder of Taiwanese yacht manufacturers. With the core operating concept of ＂pursue a brilliant, healthy, and happy life＂, the company creates original, one-stop, customized services for its customers, gaining accolades from many political and business dignitaries. Fewer restrictions on Taiwan’s yacht industry in relevant laws and regulations have effectively made yachting activities more accessible and promoted the rapid development of the yacht service industry, with this industry in recent years emerging in response to industry demands. However, problems have arisen, such as a alac k of mechanism for talent cultivation, a gap between learning and practice, an industrial talent demand gap, etc. Therefore, in order to know the current industrial situations and develop the professional functions of the yacht industry, this research collects relevant information of the manufacturers and develops professional functions of journeymen designers in the yacht industry based on their corresponding key functions from data industry, so as to summarize and obtain results for future reference.
