本研究以質性研究訪談技術的歸納分析,以半結構式深度訪談(Semi-structured in-depth interview),蒐集三位資深餐旅經理人的主觀建構。分析以逐字稿(verbatim transcription)爲主,筆者的非正式觀察爲輔。採取主題分析法(thematic analysis)的步驟,互爲主體間的同意(inter-subjective agreement)爲原則,發展出共同主題(common theme)。共分五部份:餐旅經理人背景資料分析、餐旅經理人職涯發展歷程、背景對餐旅經理人職涯歷程之影響、燃燒餐旅業的熱情、照亮後進。研究反思有三:從「劃線走路」到無線可循的挑戰;訪談過程中互爲主體的學習;克服「如何穿過森林,發現路徑」難題。
This research is adopted by qualitative approach. A semi-structured in-depth interview is used to collect the subjective structure of the three hospitality managers. The analytic induction method is applied as analysis principle. Data analysis focus on the verbatim transcription, and is supported by the researcher. Common subjects are developed base on the thematic analysis steps and inter-subjective agreement. Totally, there are five parts hospitality manager's background、 the career process and plan of hospitality manager、the influence of the hospitality manager career process background、the passion in hospitality industry and the comments for newcomer. The reflective thinking of the research the challenge is from the track to walk to no track to walk、learning intersubjectivity experience during the interview process、overcome the hard issue about <||>how to through the forest and find the path ?<||>.
