具有高工作滿意、工作投入與組織公民行為的員工係公司重要資產。因此,本研究欲探討工作滿意、工作投入與組織公民行為間之關係,及工作投入在工作滿意與組織公民行為間之中介效果。本研究資料蒐集採問卷調查法,以企業員工為研究對象,發放350份問卷,共計回收252份,扣除漏答、基本資料填寫不完整等無效問卷14份後,有效問卷合計238份。另採用敘述性統計分析、信度分析、因素分析、相關分析與迴歸分析,進行統計分析。研究結果顯示工作滿意對組織公民行為不具正面影響:工作滿意對工作投入具正向影響:工作投入對組織公民行為具正向影響,另外,工作投入對工作滿意與與組織公民行為兩變項具中介效果。
With high job satisfaction, job involvement and organizational citizenship behavior important asset for the company. Therefore, the present study is to investigate job satisfaction, job involvement and relationship between organizational citizenship behavior, and the work put into effect an intermediary between job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. Data collected in this study was collected questionnaires to employees for the study, 350 questionnaires sent, a total recovery of 252, net drain answer, fill in basic information, such as invalid incomplete questionnaire of 14 after a total 238 valid questionnaires. This study used descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis, statistical analysis. The results show that job satisfaction has not a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior; job satisfaction has a positive impact on job involvement; job involvement has a positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. In addition, the relationship were significantly mediated by the effects of job involvement.
