從符號學論白居易〈長恨歌〉

On the Song of Eternal Sorrow by Poet Bai Ju-yi by Semiotics

摘要


本文最關心的問題是:詩此一特定語言符號究竟為何/如何產生多重的詩意效果?若透過符號學能指與所指在言說(論述)或書寫上的不同組合,則語言符號的多重性隨之產生,而符號也必然邏輯地在某特定符號結構中聯繫其他符號脈絡而產生意義。然則語言符號的意義卻因多重性而不斷地移動,職此,特殊論述系統或策略於焉形成。換言之,語言符號儼然已從認識論(概念或命題)轉向存有論(價值或事件)的面向。如是觀之,則詩無達詁之所以然方能成立。其次經由符號學中羅蘭‧巴特五種代碼詮釋白居易〈長恨歌〉文本,亦彰顯其多重隱涵與意識型態。
