摘要

台灣民間信仰在歷史的長河中，不僅讓人看見台灣社會十足的文化宗教，它更張顯了女性的人性尊嚴。本文的主旨在於藉由兩位跑船討海的妻子，20年代出生的女壇主與30年代出生的女信徒，這兩位女性對於自己及彼此行走世間的二條路的敘說，探究其如何在找到生命出口的同時，也在存活的歷程中，尋回身爲人的尊嚴。一次次透過攝影機及數位相機的法會現場影像，人與鬼神的陽陰兩界的各種互有關聯的圖像，在物質與社會文化中顯露無遺。再細細咀嚼關鍵角色（報導人）的深訪逐字稿，書寫下這兩位傳統的女性在面對生存危機時，爲了活下來，讓自己置身於信仰的世界中，走出一條非傳統且未走完的人生之路。本文亦於文末帶出學術研究者的反思。

Female's dignity could be manifested in the long river of history. This study aims to explore how two females found their own road of life and dignity of human by narrating the worldly and religious roads. The images of religious ceremony from camera showed the relationship between the two worlds of yin and yang in the material and social culture. We found these two traditional females walked into the religious world as facing the crisis and trying to survive. Finally, they created new lives. The introspection of the researcher would be brought up in the end.
