Running has been significantly different after the appearance of the wearable device. In the past, running training relied on the physical feeling and the timepiece to make various adjustments. With the wearable device, you can use the detection system and data analysis to find out the training deficiencies and correct them. You can also monitor the training intensity through heart rate, maximum oxygen uptake, and speed. These values are also related to each other. Therefore, runner can understand the physical condition of the running from the number to achieve the purpose of monitoring and adjustment. However, with such a monitoring and feedback system, it is often overlooked the significance of running because of the excessive emphasis on the use and effectiveness of the wearable device. From the standpoint of sport practice, although the sport experience is relatively abstract and difficult to quantify compared with the numbers. It has the fact that the sport experience cannot be ignored, that is, the physical experience of running. Therefore, any data that has been detected must be adjusted back to the physical experience to demonstrate its effectiveness. Therefore, in the convenience and effectiveness of technology involved in running, it is still necessary to return to physical experience in order to more effectively improve the performance of running.
