軟體業經營效率之實証研究－以我國上市上櫃公司為例

摘要

本研究採用資料包絡法（DEA）之CCR模式與BCC模式，探討與分析軟體產業各公司各年度（2001年與2002年）相對經營效率，並探討軟體業2001年與2002年整體經營效率之變遷。本研究之結果發現於2001年在CCR模式下，思源、訊連、橘子、與精誠等四家公司，其效率高於其他公司；在BCC模式下，思源、訊連、得捷、新鼎系統、蒙恬、淩網、昱泉、橘子、精誠、豪勉、晉泰、系微與巨圖等13家公司，其效率高於其他公司。2002年在CCR模式下，思源、義華、訊連、凌網、天剛、智冠、橘子、與精誠等8家公司，其效率高於其他公司；在BCC模式下，思源、義華、訊連、得捷、新鼎系統、蒙恬、凌網、捷鴻；天剛、智冠、橘子、精誠、系微與巨圖等14家公司，其效率高於其他公司。另2001年與2002年顯示整體之效率有下降之情況，其可能之原因為美國911恐怖攻擊事件，所造成對台灣經濟之影響。本研究之貢獻為：1.文獻上較少以DEA評估軟體產業得出各軟件公司之效率值，本研究可補文獻上之不足。2.本研究亦探討軟體產業效率之變遷，整體之效率有下降。

This study adopts CCR and BCC model of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to investigate and analyze the operational efficiency of software companies in 2001 and 2002, and the change of efficiency between year 2001 and year 2002. The results show that Spring-soft, Cyberlink, Gamania and Sysware Inc. have operational efficiency to compare with other companies under CCR model in 2001; Spring-soft, Cyberlink, Smarteam, Advanced Control & System, PenPower, HyWeb, Interser, Gamania, Sysware, Hauman, Genesis, Insyde and Catalyst Logic Inc. have better operational efficiency under BCC model in 2001; Spring-soft, Wayi, Cyberlink, HyWeb, CGS, Soft-world, Gamania and Sysware have better operational efficiency than other companies under CCR model in 2002; Spring-soft, Wayi, Cyberlink, Smarteam, Advanced Control & System, Penpower, HyWeb, JetMaster, CGS, Soft-world, Gamania, Sysware, Insyde and Catalyst Logic Inc. have better efficiency under BCC model in 2002. In addition, the total operational efficiency in 2002 is decreased to compare with that in 2001. The possibility reason may be US 911 attack to affect economy in Taiwan. The contributions of this paper are: 1. Little literature evaluating operational efficiency is available to use DEA in the software companies; this research may support the related literature 2. This paper provides information of the operational efficiency in individual software companies and change of the operational efficiency between year 2001 and 2002.
