國內信用卡詐欺案件之路徑分析模式

摘要

本研究旨在進行國內信用卡詐欺案件之路徑分析模式。相關研究內容為了解國內信用卡詐欺種類之現況；驗證國內信用卡詐欺種類之關係；建構國內信用卡詐欺種類之模式。本研究彙整財團法人聯合信用卡處理中心之公開次級資料，涵蓋2014至2019年資料。進而使用敘述統計、因素分析與LISERL進行路徑分析並建構模式。研究結果顯示文教康樂與其他兩項就佔了65%消費總金額。因素分析合適並獲致三個因素，總解釋變異達55.269%，分別命名為「實卡詐欺」、「竊取資料詐欺」及「虛構詐欺」。LISREL結果得到完美模式路徑圖，實卡詐欺對到總詐欺金額（total）、竊取資料詐欺對到總詐欺金額（total）及虛構詐欺對到總詐欺金額（total）均達到極強烈顯著正向影響。由於因素分析總解釋變異達56%，故此三個因素結構後續可做為進一步研究之參考價值。由於研究主題牽涉到『詐欺』，三大因素又與總金額有極強烈顯著正向影響，故權責單位應嚴肅的正視以上路徑分析結果，以消弭國內信用卡詐欺事件猖獗起來。

The purpose of this research is to conduct a path analysis model of credit card fraud cases in Taiwan. Relative research contents are to understand the current status of credit card fraud types; to confirm the relationship between credit card fraud types; to construct a model of credit card fraud types. This study integrated the secondary data of the National Credit Card Center of R.O.C, and covered from 2014 to 2019 monthly data. Then applied descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and LISERL to conduct path analysis and construct a model. The results of the study showed that culture, education as well as recreation, and the other two items accounted for 65% of the total fraud amount. The factor analysis was appropriate and three factors were obtained, with a total explained variance of 55.269%, which were named ＂real card fraud＂, ＂steal data fraud＂ and ＂fake fraud＂. The result of LISREL is a perfect model path figure. The real card fraud, the steal data fraud, and the fake fraud have extremely significant positive impacts on the total fraud amount (total), respectively. As the total explained variance of factor analysis is 56%, the three-factor structure can be served as the referenced value study in the future. Since the research topic involves ＂fraud＂ and the three major factors have an extremely strong and significant positive impact on the total amount, the authority and responsibility unit should seriously face the results of the above path analysis to eliminate the rampant credit card fraud cases in Taiwan.
