The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of career beliefs and career self-efficacy on career development of judo group A student athletes. A questionnaire survey was used to investigate the physical education students in colleges and high schools (vocational) in 2020, and they should have a certificate of judo junior level or above. Judo players were the research objects, and 336 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis. Conclusion found that the career beliefs of judo group A student-athletes will directly and indirectly assist their career development through the accurate self-appraisal of career self-efficacy and occupational information gathering.
