三次最大負荷對高中籃球選手生理與心理反應之探討

The Physical and Psychological Reaction of Three Times' Personal Maximal Exercise Intensity in High School Basketball Player

摘要


本研究主要目的在於討論個人最大負荷對生理與心理之影響。依據個人基礎耐力有氧-無氧(2-4 mmol/l)閾值測試之最高承受速度爲主要負荷劑量,測試包含3次,每次持續3分鐘,間歇40秒等過程。並於每次測試結束前立即進行RPE指標記錄。本研究結果發現RPE指標隨著測試頻率增加而升高,最大負荷心跳率與RPE指標亦呈現正相關(r=.5),且運動結束後第5分鐘之心跳率與RPE指標亦呈正相關(r=.5)。本研究結論爲測試結果顯示運動負荷不變,但隨運動次數增加,將造成生理與心理變化。從事間歇無氧耐力訓練,選手之生理反應隨著頻率增加,而造成乳酸堆積增高與高心跳率症狀。因此從事高強度間歇訓練,訓練頻率每組(Set)不可超過3次,而組間休息必需大於5分鐘,讓生理與心理負荷壓力達到緩和。

RPE index records were reached before end of each trail. Results: RPE index was raised accompany with trails; personal maximal heart rate had positively correction with RPE index (r=.5). The conclusions of this study are: personal physiological and psychological aspects were changed along with frequency of exercise even though the exercise intensity kept the same; conducting anaerobic interval training in which athlete's physiological reaction increased with frequency of exercise and athlete reached personal high lactate accumulation and high heart rate. Therefore, when conducting high intensity interval training, the repetitions of a training set is not over 3, and the interval resting time must not less than 5 minutes which moderate athlete's physical and psychological stresses.
