籃球選手團隊價值取向與衝突解決方式關係之研究

摘要

本研究目的在探討團隊價值取向與衝突解決方式二者的關係。本研究以145名SBL男子選手與女子甲組籃球選手為研究對象。所使用問卷包括團隊價值觀量表、衝突解決量表及收集個人基本資料。蒐集資料以描述性統計、積差相關及典型相關進行資料分析。研究結果發現：「奮鬥取向」、「服從取向」、「團隊取向」及「奪標取向」與「讓步型」、「妥協型」呈現顯著相關。顯示我國SBL及女子甲組籃球選手受到團隊價值觀取向的影響，當選手面臨衝突發生時，主要會選擇「讓步型」及「妥協型」作為衝突解決方式；此一發現具有理論與實務上的意涵。

The aim of this study was to investigate the team values and the relationship between conflict resolution. In this study, 145 male SBL and women's Group A basketball players were recruited. The questionnaires, the values scale of a team, and conflict resolution, were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation and canonical correlation were used for data analysis. The results found that ”struggle oriented”, ”subject oriented”, ”team oriented” and ”champions oriented” and ”obliging type”, ”compromise model” showed significant correlation. Male and female basketball players were affected by the team-oriented values, when faced with conflicts, mainly selected ”obliging type” and ”compromise model.” This finding has a significant implication on the theory and practice.
