The aim of this study was to investigate the team values and the relationship between conflict resolution. In this study, 145 male SBL and women's Group A basketball players were recruited. The questionnaires, the values scale of a team, and conflict resolution, were used for data collection. Descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation and canonical correlation were used for data analysis. The results found that ”struggle oriented”, ”subject oriented”, ”team oriented” and ”champions oriented” and ”obliging type”, ”compromise model” showed significant correlation. Male and female basketball players were affected by the team-oriented values, when faced with conflicts, mainly selected ”obliging type” and ”compromise model.” This finding has a significant implication on the theory and practice.
