舉重抓舉提鈴期至發力期槓鈴中心運動學特徵之研究

Kinematic Characteristic of the Barbell during the First Pull Phase to Second Pull Phase of Snatch

摘要


目的:探討優秀舉重選手抓舉試舉不同重量之動作過程中,在提鈴期至發力期之槓鈴中心的水平位移與垂直速度特性。方法:5名優秀舉重選手(3男2女),進行試舉最佳成績80%、85%、90% 重量,同時以3部數位攝影機(60 Hz)進行動作拍攝,再用三度空間動作分析系統(arial performance analyze system, APAS)進行槓鈴位移與速度之分析。結果:男選手槓鈴中心水平位移量於90%重量最小,80%重量次之,85%重量最大;而女選手為80% 重量最小,90%重量次之,85%重量最大。男選手槓鈴中心垂直速度於80%重量最快,90%重量次之,85%重量最慢;而女選手為80%重量最快,85%與90%重量較小。結論:相同重量時,男選手的槓鈴中心水平位移量均小於女選手,原因可能為女性選手因腿肌力較弱,在技術延續之間易有手部先用力提鈴之情形;女選手的槓鈴中心垂直速度均快於男選手,可能為女性選手因會有手臂曲肘的現象,造成槓鈴中心垂直速度較快。

Purpose: This study was to describe the horizontal displacement and vertical velocity of the barbell during first pull phase to second pull phase that lift different weight in snatch technique. Methods: Subjects included 5 elite weight lifters (3 male and 2 female). Three digital cameras (60 Hz) capture the motion of trajectories of barbell during snatch lifts in 80%, 85% and 90% of personal optimum results. The displacement and velocity of the barbell was analysis by Arial Performance Analyze system. Results: The horizontal displacement of barbell from small to large was 90%, 80% and 85% that performed by male lifters. In female was 80%, 90% and 85%. The vertical velocity of barbell from fast to slow was 80%, 90% and 85% that performed by male lifters. In female was fast in 80% and similar in 85% and 90%. Conclusions: The male lifters performed smaller horizontal displacement of barbell than female. In addition, female lifters performed faster vertical velocity of barbell than male. The results of this study suggest that during the first pull phase to second pull phase, female lifters pulled the barbell by flexion the elbow joint in earlier to produce the needed vertical acceleration for support the insufficient of lower extremity strength.
