摘要

凡欲興作，須明大勢。第二次世界大戰之後，世界的發展主要是兩大動向。一是美蘇爭霸形成的冷戰架構；二是英法等殖民帝國瓦解，引發了各地的民族解放運動，想要消解一切外來的政治控制與文化支配。我國雖也解除了不平等條約，但因內戰，國共兩大陣營，分別附從美蘇兩方，而被拉進入了冷戰格局。消解外來文化支配的後殖民情境，遂無甚參與，也不太關注。這樣，對當前的世界其實就非常隔閡，不知自己的文化自主性何在，更無法辨識未來的方向。

Anyone who wants to do something must be aware of the general trend. After the Second World War, there were two major trends in world development. First, the Cold War structure formed by the hegemony between US and Soviet. Second, the collapse of colonial empires such as Britain and France triggered national liberation movements all over the country, trying to eliminate all foreign political control and cultural domination. Although our country has lifted the unequal treaties signed with other countries, because the Kuomintang and the Communist Party relying on the United States and the Soviet Union respectively, are still fighting at home. We are also involved in the pattern of the Cold War. Therefore, our country did not participate in or pay attention to how to eliminate the post colonial situation dominated by foreign cultures. In this way, we are very unfamiliar with the current world. We do not know where our cultural autonomy is, nor can we identify the future direction.
