This study investigated the relationship between patients sharing experiences, health literacy, social support and health promoting behavior among infertile women community. We adopted a questionnaire survey and data were gathered from 400 infertile women. We validated the proposed model based on confirmatory factor analysis and used multiple regression analysis to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that patients sharing experiences and health literacy significantly affect health promoting behavior, and health literacy mediates the relationship between patients sharing experiences and health promoting behavior, and the moderating effect of informational support is significant between health literacy and health promoting behavior. This research shows the importance of health information to infertile women. In addition, health literacy education for patients should also be strengthened to improve infertile women's ability to obtain and understand information.
