本研究目的旨在探討軍訓教官的工作壓力、自覺健康與生活品質的關係。研究對象為臺中市編制內軍訓教官,以工作壓力問卷與匹茲堡睡眠品質量表為研究工具,採立意取樣共發出150份問卷,145份有效問卷,回收率96.6%,所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0套裝統計軟體處理,以描述性統計、卡方檢定和兩獨立樣本t 檢定等方法進行,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、女性軍訓教官的工作壓力較男性軍訓教官高;自覺健康良好者其工作壓力較低。二、工作壓力與各組比較上皆未達顯著水準(p>.05)。三、軍訓教官壓力與生活品質呈顯著差異(p<.05),生活品質構面上差距最高為心理層面的情緒功能角色限制。結論:自覺健康者其工作壓力相對較低;工作壓力愈大則生活品質愈差。建議學校軍訓教官可選擇自己喜歡的運動方式,培養關律的運動習慣,相信可以有效降低軍訓教官的工作壓力,並可提升個人健康與生活品質。
The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between life quality, consciously healthy, and the work pressures of the military instructor in the establishment in Taichung city. According to a questionnaire survey purposed sampling method. Questionnaires of work stress and the Health-related quality of life (SF-36) Scale was used for this study. A total of 150 questionnaires were distributed and collected 145 questionnaires. The valid questionnaire survey rate was 96.6%. The SPSS 18.0 data set for Windows was processed by statistical software. Descriptive statistics, chi-square test, and two independent sample t-test were performed, and the significant difference is α=.05. The results are shown as follows: 1. The pressures of female military instructors were higher than male. People who think more consciously healthy have low work stress. 2. Compared work stress with each group has no significant difference (p>.05). 3. There is a significant difference between the pressure of military instructors and the life quality. The highest gap in the quality of life is the emotive function role restriction at the psychological level. Conclusions: More consciously healthy people have relatively low stress. Heavy stress cause poor life quality. It is recommended that military instructor can choose their favorite sports and regular exercise habits. That can effectively reduce the stress of military instructors to improve personal health and quality of life.
