Purpose: This study aims to explore the relationship between exercise participation, body self-esteem and well-being. The research object is targeted at high school students in Taoyuan City. Method: The research tool used the "Exercise Participation Scale", "Body Self-esteem Scale" and " Well-being Scale" and received 544 online questionnaires. The questionnaire was analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance and structural equation model. Results: 1. The higher participation of high school students in exercise, the higher the evaluation of their body self-esteem. 2. Higher levels of exercise participation by high school students may not necessarily increase their wellbeing. 3. High school students' evaluation of body self-esteem is easier to feel more well-being. Conclusion: The results of this study show that among the high school students, the third grade students' exercise participation is the lowest. Therefore, under the heavy academic pressure of high school students, it is recommended to increase physical training-related activities besides physical education classes, improve body self-esteem through exercise, and improving body self-esteem can indirectly improve the happiness of high school students.
