中部地區幼兒園家長健康素養與健康促進生活型態之相關研究

A Study of Preschool Parents' Health Literacy and Health-promoting Lifestyle in Middle Taiwan

摘要


本研究旨在探討中部地區幼兒園家長在健康素養與健康促進生活型態之現況、差異及兩者間的相關性。以中部地區3-6歲一般幼兒之家長為研究對象,採用問卷調查法以分層隨機抽樣方式,共發出問卷1,003份,回收有效問卷882份。研究結果顯示中部地區幼兒園家長之健康素養表現,由高至低依序為功能性健康素養、互動性健康素養、批判性健康素養,整體健康素養表現達到中等以上程度;健康促進生活型態的實踐程度依序為人際支持、自我實現、壓力管理、健康責任、飲食行為、運動,整體健康促進生活型態表現達到中等以上程度。中部地區幼兒園家長在健康素養及健康促進生活型態,會因居住地區、身分別、年齡、教育程度、家庭月收入、育有子女數、同住狀況等背景變項的不同,而有顯著差異。中部地區幼兒園家長之健康素養與健康促進生活型態達顯著正相關。本研究根據研究結果,進一步提出建議,提供幼兒園家長、教保服務人員、政府機關以及未來研究之參考。

The purpose of this study aims to investigate the current situation, difference and correlation of preschool parents' perspectives on health literacy and health-promoting lifestyle in middle Taiwan. In this study, questionnaire survey was used to collect data. 'Health Literacy and Health-promoting Lifestyle Questionnaire' was designed as an instrument in investigation. By stratified random sampling method, 1003 midland parents whose children were from three to six years old were as samples to reply questionnaires. The research finally received 882 efficient samples. The results in this study were as follows: Preschool parents' health literacy from high to low levels were functional health literacy, interactive health literacy, and critical health literacy. The entire health literacy was above medium level. The degrees of health-promoting lifestyle from high to low were interpersonal support, self-actualization, stress management, health responsibility, nutrition, and exercise. The entire health-promoting lifestyle was above medium level. In health literacy and health-promoting lifestyle, residence, identity, age, education level, monthly income, family size, and family member showed the significant differences. Preschool parents' health literacy and health-promoting lifestyle were significant positive correlation. On the basis of research results, discussion and suggestion were proposed to offer preschool parents, preschool teachers and caregivers, and government agencies avenues for further research in the field.
