大學生與父母長輩對婚前性行為的態度比較

The Attitude of Premarital Sexual Behaviors between the College Students' and Their Parents

摘要

為瞭解父母與父母長輩對婚前性行為的態度比較，研究對象為某國立大學選修通識課程「健康家庭與性教育」之126名學生，課程先行質性訪談技巧訓練，題目為「請訪問你的父親或母親，對於自己的兒子、女兒婚前性行為的看法與建議？」，將資料轉化成概念的編碼工作，邀請具有質性研究專業之協同研究者進行編碼之確認。研究結果指出：一、父母長輩與大學生對於婚前性行為態度的性別差異：父母對於兒子婚前性行為同意與否比率相近，但對於女兒，沒有一位父親同意女兒有婚前性行為，且高達65%的母親不贊同女兒有婚前性行為。二、父母長輩對於大學生婚前性行為的態度在避免風險。以結婚為前提的婚前性行為，避免失戀失落的挫敗、強調結婚涉及兩個家庭的事來避免日後離婚的風險、作好避孕安全措施、提醒因懷孕結婚加劇經濟上的負擔、避免造成彼此身體與心理的傷害等，避免懷孕、貧窮與身心壓力的風險等。三、大學生對於婚前性行為的態度朝向看待是婚戀適應的過程。其中以婚姻適應為前提的婚前性行為、在感情與信任下作好避孕措施、處女情結的覺察與發聲、反思愛情中性行為的角色等概念等，看出大學生對於婚前性行為的態度朝向看待是婚戀適應的過程，相較於大學生父母的耳提面命避免風險的是擔心與焦慮。藉由本研究促進代間教育，進而發展出性教育的內涵與策略。

The purpose of this study is to conductive the concept of parents' attitude towards college students' sexual behavior. The object of this study is the 126 students of the Health family and gender education curriculum in college. The semi-structural question is "Please interview your father or mother the attitude and suggestions about premarital sex of your son and daughter." The text data are through the systematic classification process of coding and identifying themes by researcher. Co-researcher is coordinated to review. The results are identified three domains: 1. The gender differences in attitudes towards premarital sex between parents and college students. Parents have similar rates of consent to premarital sex with their sons. However, none of the fathers agreed with their daughters to have premarital sex, and up to 65% of mothers did not agree with their daughters to have premarital sex. 2. The attitudes of parents towards college students' premarital sex are avoiding risks. Premarital sex is premised on marriage avoids the frustration of lovelorn. To emphasize that marriage involves two families avoids the risk of divorce in the future. To take contraceptive safety measures avoids the risk of pregnancy. 3. The students' attitude towards premarital sex is a process of marriage and love adaptation. To compared with the parents of college students, they are worried and anxious about the risk avoidance of premarital sex. The result of the study can show the attitude and concept of parents on premarital sexual behavior of college students. Nevertheless, there is lack of avoiding sexual temptation and managing intimate relationships. Finally, this study leads to face and communicate the issue of premarital sex between parents and their children. Furthermore, it prompts to develop the strategy of holistic sexuality education.
