新婚成人心理韌性、衝突因應策略與婚姻幸福感之相關研究

A Study of Resilience, Conflict-Coping Strategies, and Marital Happiness in the Relationship Among Newlyweds

摘要

本研究主要目的係瞭解新婚成人婚姻幸福感之現況，並分析不同背景變項在婚姻幸福感上之差異情形，進而探討心理韌性、衝突因應策略與婚姻幸福感之關聯性。本研究以問卷為研究工具，研究對象為臺灣地區婚齡為五年內的成人，共508位。研究工具包含：心理韌性量表、衝突因應策略量表及婚姻幸福感量表，回收問卷後所得結果以單因子多變項變異數分析、積差相關、典型相關與多元迴歸等統計方法加以分析。研究結果於下：1.新婚成人在婚姻幸福感的表現為中上。2.新婚成人的婚姻幸福感會因不同性別而有顯著差異。3.心理韌性與婚姻幸福感有顯著低度正相關。4.衝突因應策略與婚姻幸福感間有顯著中度正相關。5.心理韌性各層面與衝突因應策略各層面可有效預測婚姻幸福感，並可解釋總變異量的50.60%，最能有效預測婚姻幸福感的是衝突因應策略的正向解決分層面。依據研究結果，本研究提出對新婚成人、實務工作助人者具體之建議。

The purpose of this study was to investigate marital happiness in newlyweds. Another aim was to examine the correlations among the resilience, conflict-coping strategies, and marital happiness. A survey was adopted to collect the data. The subjects were 508 newlyweds. The instruments of this research included background information check list, resilience scale, conflict-coping strategies scale, and marital happiness scale. The outcome was analyzed by One-way ANONA, MANOVA, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and Canonical. The results were concluded as follows: 1.The newlyweds demonstrated moderately high marital happiness. 2. There was a significant difference between male and female among marital happiness. 3.There was a significant low correlations between resilience and marital happiness. 4.There was a significant moderate correlations between conflict-coping strategies, and marital happiness. 5. Resilience and conflict-coping strategies in all level were significant in predicting marital happiness and those variables can explained for 50.60% of the variance in marital happiness, and the positive solution is the strongest predictor of the variance in marital happiness.
