本研究目的在探討彰化縣參加「運動i 臺灣」課程的學員其運動參與程度、自覺健康狀態與幸福感之間的關係,並以便利抽樣法的方式進行問卷調查,共發放319份問卷,且回收312份有效問卷,有效回收率為97.8%。本研究以SPSS 22.0與AMOS 19.0的敘述性統計、信度分析、效度分析、單因子變異數分析、結構方程模型等方式進行統計分析,研究結果顯示:一、運動參與程度中的每週運動天數、每次運動時間與每次運動感覺對自覺健康狀態有顯著的差異;二、運動參與程度中的每週運動天數、每次運動時間與每次運動感覺對幸福感中的生活滿意、人際關係、自我肯定與身心健康有顯著的差異;三、自覺健康狀態對幸福感有顯著的正向影響。最後,本研究根據研究結果,分別提出研究結論與研究建議,並將其成果提供給主辦單位與參加「運動i臺灣」課程的學員做參考。
The study aimed to investigate the relationships among sports participation level, perceived health status, and well-being in the "Sports i Taiwan" program participants in Changhua County. The convenience sampling approach was applied to obtain 312 valid questionnaires from 319 questionnaires with a valid return rate of 97.8%. And descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, validity analysis, one-way ANOVA, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) were conducted through SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 19.0 software. The results showed that i. The frequency of sport (days per week), the time of each sport, and the awareness of sport in the sports participation level have significant differences with the perceived health status, ii. The frequency of sport, the time of each sport, and the awareness of sport in the sports participation level have significant differences with the life satisfaction, interpersonal relationship, self-affirmation, and physical and mental health in the well-being level, iii. The perceived health status has a significant, positive influence on well-being. Based on the results, this study drew conclusions and recommendations of the research and served as a reference to the organizer and participants in the "Sports i Taiwan" program.
