高中職學生生活壓力、休閒運動調適及健康狀況之關係研究

The relationship among life stress, leisure sport coping and health status of general and vocational senior high school students

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解高中職學生生活壓力、休閒運動調適和健康狀況之關係研究。以臺灣北、中、南區為研究對象,共發出1000份問卷,刪除無效問卷38份,有效問卷962份,有效問卷率為96.2%。經SPSS軟體進行描述性、簡單及多元迴歸分析,所獲結果如下:一、高中職學生在生活上遭遇的生活壓力愈多時,對健康所產生的負面影響就會增加。學業、人際、家庭與個人等壓力源愈多時,就愈容易產生身體健康狀況不佳的情況。當個人壓力增加時,亦容易導致社會功能障礙的產生。二、高中職學生整體生活壓力愈多時,愈容易降低參與休閒運動的意願。反之,學生之學業、人際、家庭等生活壓力減少時,愈願意透過休閒運動、結交友伴來調節生活。三、高中職學生整體休閒運動調適地愈好,愈能降低焦慮、失眠、社會功能障礙、憂鬱症等身體負面狀況。特別是愈積極參與友伴調適活動,愈容易調整身體的健康狀態。綜合上述,建議學校多多舉辦休閒運動等相關性活動讓學生自主參與,有助於學生紓解壓力促進身心健康。希冀資料發現可作為後續研究參考。

This research aims to understand the relationship among life stress, leisure sports coping and health status of general and vocational senior high school students in taiwan Taking the northern, central, and southern regions of Taiwan as the research object, a total of 1,000 questionnaires were sent out, 1,000 were recovered, 38 invalid questionnaires were deleted, 962 valid questionnaires were valid, and the effective questionnaire rate was 96.2%. Descriptive, simple and multiple regression analysis was performed by SPSS software.1. The more life pressures high school vocational students encounter in their lives, the more negative effects they have on their health. The more stressors such as academic, interpersonal, family, and personal, the more likely it is to have poor physical health. When personal pressure increases, it can easily lead to social dysfunction.2. The more pressure in the overall life of high school vocational students, the easier it is to reduce their willingness to participate in leisure sports coping. Conversely, when students' academic, interpersonal, and family life pressures decrease, they are more willing to adjust their lives through leisure sports coping and making friends. 3. The better the overall leisure sports coping of high school vocational students is, the more negative physical conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, social dysfunction, and depression can be reduced. In particular, the more actively you participate in friend coping, the easier it is to adjust your body's health. Based on the above, it is recommended that schools organize more leisure sports coping and other related activities to allow students to participate independently, which will help students relieve stress and promote physical and mental health. It is hoped that the information found can be used as a reference for subsequent research.
