現代人的坐式生活型態及運動不足症,引發大眾對體適能發展之重視:科技技術的進步對於發展出一套完善的個人化體適能管理系統已是可望達成之目標。本研究的目的旨在闡明體適能的各項要素,並探討建構體適能管理系統之過程及各階段所需之要素。本研究採用文獻分析法爲研究方法,以收集體適能相關書籍、研究、期刊文章爲主,進而分析討論建構體適能管理系統所需要素爲何。研究結果發現,體適能管理系統可建構於五個階段:1.檢測項目、2.評估方法、3.診斷標準、4.運動處方及、5.活動介入。透過系統對體適能進行管理,可幫助使用者了解自己體適能之狀況,並且透過個人健康照護、專業照護及醫療資源照護協助使用者規劃運動計畫,以期達到提昇體適能之目的。
The modern's sedentary lifestyle and hypokinetic diseases cause popular attention to the physical fitness development. To develop a set of personalized Physical Fitness Management System is the objective that can be reached by the improvement in science and technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the elements of health physical fitness and to discuss the compose of elements for the physical fitness management system. The study is conducted based upon documentation review. The results of showed five stages in the Physical Fitness Management System could establish by five stages: examination, valuation, diagnosis, exercise prescription and behavior modification. It can help users to plan their sport program from self-health care, professional care and medical care approaches.
