摘要

台湾では2017年から教育部がUSR（University Social Responsibility）、「大学の社会貢献」概念を推進し、「地域連携」「人材の育成」「国際連結」などに焦点が当てられてきた。東呉大学日本語文学科では2020年5月～12月にかけて、大学の近くにある「北投温泉博物館」を中心にUSRプロジェクトを展開した。新型コロナウイルスが世界中で猛威を振るっている中、制限された状況でこのプロジェクトが実施された。このような実践を通して得られた日本語教育の効果、大学生の自国文化理解の推進、また地域との交流で促進された社会貢献などは台湾の大学における日本語教育の新たな可能性をもたらす。本稿では、その実践の過程を検討し、さらに実践の際の問題点と今後の課題について考えていく。

教育部於2017年開始推動大學社會責任實踐（University Social Responsibility）計畫，聚焦在地連結、人才培育、國際連結等面向及各項議題。東吳大學日本語文學系於2020年5月至12月間，與位於大學附近的「北投溫泉博物館」合作，進行USR計畫。正值新型冠狀病毒疫情蔓延，本次的計畫在施行上有著諸多限制。在這次的USR實踐中，增加了日本語文學系學生對於本國文化的認識，透過與地區的交流促進大學的社會貢獻。更促使學生將所學的本國文化認識，應用在日文學習上；同時也將新的可能性帶入台灣的大學日語教育中。本論文論述計畫進行過程之教育意義，並提出計畫實踐時面臨的困難點及今後課題。｜In Taiwan, the Ministry of Education has been promoting the concept of University Social Responsibility (USR) since 2017, focusing on ＂regional innovation and development＂, ＂human resource development＂ and ＂international linkage＂. From May to December 2020, the Department of Japanese Language and Cultures of Soochow University developed a USR project with Beitou Hot Springs Museum. This project was carried out under restricted circumstances as the Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was raging around the world. Through this experience, not only did we achieve results in Japanese language education, but we also made a social contribution by promoting exchanges with the local community. At the same time, it also promotes university students' understanding of their own culture and brings new possibilities to university Japanese education in Taiwan. In this paper, we discuss the process of the project, and present the difficulties and future issues faced in the implementation of the project.
