本研究旨在探討大學生運動參與、飲食行為、飲食習慣與肥胖之關係。以大葉大學108學年度學生為研究對象,以飲食行為量表與運動行為量表為工具,採分層隨機抽樣共發出500份問卷,回收有效樣本445份,有效問卷率89.0%。經統計套裝軟體SPSS19.0版進行簡單迴歸及多元迴歸分析後,結果如下:(1).大葉大學學生有正確的飲食行為會正向影響身體數值,而正確的飲食習慣會正向影響身體肥胖。(2).大葉大學學生有正確的飲食行為及飲食習慣,對於自我的健康有所提升。(3).大葉大學學生的飲食行為、飲食習慣對運動行為有正相關。(4).大葉大學學生的運動行為會對肥胖產生影響。(5).大葉大學學生良好的運動行為對於自身的肥胖有所影響。本研究發現:在每週運動頻率、運動時間與培養運動習慣上仍有加強的空間,建議學校未來在體育相關教學上,以培養學生正確的運動參與行為與飲食習慣,並多宣導飲食與運動行為對於健康狀況的重要性。
The purpose of this study is to study the key points of students' sports behavior, diet, eating habits and eating habits at the University of Changhua, and to study the issue of 500 questionnaires, 445 recall, 445 valid samples, 89.0% percent effective questionnaires.
