全域旅遊視角下的鄉村旅遊轉型升級路徑

摘要

在全域旅遊視角下，鄉村旅遊網路化是轉型升級的重要途徑。鄉村旅遊網路化就是將鄉村旅遊發展中的各種要素整合在一起，實現生產要素與空間服務的融合創新，實現全產業鏈與景觀空間網路的協調發展。建立由空間域、要素域、產業域、科技域、體制域及文化域構成的鄉村旅遊網路化理論模型，選擇浙江桐廬縣蘆茨村、河南欒川縣重渡溝村、陝西咸陽市袁家村及遼寧鳳城市大梨樹村4個典型鄉村旅遊發展案例驗證理論模型；採用社會網路分析法軟體Ucinet 6計算鄉村旅遊網路各種要素的點出度及點入度，評價其網路要素的敏感性地位及網路化作用。大部分要素位於關鍵區、活躍-關鍵區及被動-關鍵區，對於網路化具有積極的促進作用；從旅遊轉型升級發展水準來講，蘆茨村＞重渡溝村＞大梨樹村＞袁家村，與旅遊全域化水準基本一致。建立第一產業、第二產業、第三產業之間融合創新的網路化發展機制，增強旅遊要素與生態、生活、生產要素之間的關聯性；以創意創新的方式拓展鄉村旅遊土地供給形式，豐富空間要素各種功能的網路化；整合民宿小鎮及田園綜合體等載體的核心要素，促進其朝著有利於創新發展及特色發展的方向轉化，提升鄉村旅遊轉型升級的全域發展水準。

Networking is an important way for innovation from the perspective of region-based tourism, which integrates the various elements of rural tourism. The integrative process includes the innovation of agricultural production factors and space services, which helps to the coordinated of the whole industrial chain and landscape space network in rural tourism. The region-based tourism in rural include spatial, elements, industrial, scientific, system, and the cultural domain, which constitute the theoretical model of networking of rural tourism. Take four villages as an example, using in-depth interview, and context of the Internet to test and verify the rural tourism networking theory. The combination of actor-network theory, social network analysis and sensitivity analysis, which to analyze the density of a network of four villages. Using software UCINET 6 to calculate the Indegree and Outdegree of rural tourism network, which evaluating the role of elements in the network. Most of the elements of the network have a positive role in promoting, which consistent with the overall level of region-based tourism. The establishment of a mechanism for innovation of the network construction, which helps to enhance the relationship between elements in rural tourism. Expanding the level of land supply for rural tourism, which helps to enrich the network of various functions of spatial elements in rural tourism. The integration of rural hotel (Minshuku) and rural complex, which helps to promot rural tourism networking. Innnovation tourism policy system help to enhance the level of region-based tourism development.
