提升民宿發展品質推動山東鄉村旅遊發展研究

摘要

作為山東鄉村旅遊重要產品形式的民宿行業近年來得到顯著提升，但是在山東省民宿還存在缺乏整體規劃、產品類型單一、缺乏專業人才、基礎設施不完善問題，制約了山東省民宿行業和鄉村旅遊發展的進程。民宿業發展狀況在很大程度上影響鄉村旅遊的發展，民宿是鄉村旅遊的重要元素，體現了鄉村旅遊的服務品質和發展水準，發展山東省鄉村旅遊就必須提高山東省民宿的品質，尤其是能以民宿品牌故事傳播鄉村旅遊品牌，以民宿民俗活動展示鄉村旅遊風采，以民宿導覽活動增強鄉村旅遊趣味，以民宿特色餐飲增加鄉村旅遊魅力，以民宿主客交流增加鄉村旅遊體驗，以民宿設計與文化體現鄉村旅遊個性，從而實現山東省以民宿發展為主要方式促進鄉村旅遊發展的目的。

The development status of the pension industry affects the development of rural tourism to a great extent, B & B is an important element of rural tourism, reflects the service quality and the development of rural tourism in the water level, the development of rural tourism in Shandong province must improve the quality of Shandong Province, enhance the quality of pension, pension Mainly focused on enhancing the hostel management, accommodation experience, four aspects, Minshuku and innovation of marketing brand to start, put forward specific improvement strategies to enhance the quality of accommodation, the ultimate goal is to promote the development of the pension development of rural tourism in Shandong.
