Few studies take travel agency employees as examples to discuss work-leisure facilitation. The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among work social support, work-leisure facilitation, and job satisfaction. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, employees of travel agency were used as the study object, and the convenient sampling was adopted. A total of 295 valid questionnaires were collected. The obtained data were analyzed by structural equation modeling approach. The results revealed that the work social support has a positive and significant impact on the work-leisure facilitation; the work social support non- significant impact on the job satisfaction; the work-leisure facilitation has a positive and significant impact on the job satisfaction. Finally, the study discusses management implications, research limits, and proposals for future studies.
