There is a high demand for forging dynamic cooperative industry-academia and co-creation relationship models in higher education. It enables companies to partner with academia in a fashion that would accelerate corporates' economic growth and enrich students' professional experiences. A wide variety of activities are built in different frameworks in the existing partnership and co-creation for role play, activities, research, and practice. This article provides a learning approach and identifies the potential impact of co-creation related to design thinking for innovation. We demonstrate a unique example of a co-creation context in clients/ students corporation, starting from international internships to design thinking workshop collaboration. It exhibits how students from diverse backgrounds and countries are actively involved in global value creation and impact a local firm's international posture.
