六分鐘震動訓練對於跆拳道選手踢擊表現之影響

Immediate Effect of Six-Min Whole-Body-vibration Stimulus on Kicking Performance among Taekwondo Athletes

摘要


目的:探討震動訓練對於女子跆拳道常見四種專項踢擊反應時間、動作時間及起腳瞬發力之影響。方法:目前招募4名女子跆拳道選手,在震動刺激前後檢測旋踢、下壓、後踢和後旋之專項踢擊表現,震動方式以比賽時間3回合2分鐘的方式進行,每回合震動姿勢共六種,每個動作震動時間20秒,回合間休息60秒,並採坐姿休息,震頻為30Hz,震幅為7mm,利用綁在踢擊腳及目標物上的加速規量測踢擊反應時間(目標移動至踢擊腳啟動)、動作時間(踢擊腳啟動至攻擊到目標)和起腳瞬發力(啟動瞬間力量),以無母數檢定考驗震動訓練前後的表現。結果:震動刺激前後的反應時間並無顯示有差異;但在旋踢、下壓和後踢的動作時間有減少的趨勢;旋踢和後踢的起腳瞬發力有增加的趨勢。結論:經立即性震動訓練後,在踢擊的動作時間和起腳瞬發力表現有進步之趨勢,希冀未來可將震動刺激訓練應用於跆拳道訓練上。

Purpose: This study was aimed to examine the acute effect of whole body vibration training (WBVT) on the reaction time, movement time and explosive power of four kicks for taekwondo (TKD) athletes. Methods: So far, four female TKD athletes were recruited. Kicking performances including roundhouse kick (RK), axe kick (AK), back kick (BK), back spinning kick (BSK) ,were conducted before and immediately after whole body vibration (WBV). For imitating duration of the contest, three rounds of two minutes with one minute of rest between rounds on a seat. Vibration frequency was set 30Hz, and amplitude was seven mm. The reaction time between beginning of target moving and onset of kicking, movement time defined time difference between onset of kicking and hitting the target, as well as explosive kicking power were detected by accelerometers attached on kicking leg and target. Nonparametric test was used to examine the difference between pre and post whole body vibration training. Results: There was no significant difference on reaction time between pre and post WBVT. However, movement time of RK, AX, and BK was shorter and the kick power of RK and BK was greater after WBV. Conclusion: There was an immediately tread of progress in kick movement time and power performance after the WBV. Hopefully, WBV will be applied on TKD training in the further.
