Wii Fit平衡遊戲應用於動態平衡能力測量可行性之探討

A Feasibility Study in the Application of Wii Fit Balance Games to the Measurement of Dynamic Balance Ability

摘要


本研究以13位元體育系研究生為物件,利用皮爾森積差相關分析,探討五項Wii Fit平衡遊戲得分與動態平衡能力之相關性;並且透過成對樣本t檢定,探討練習前、後Wii Fit平衡遊戲成績是否能達到顯著差異。結果顯示,Wii Fit平衡遊戲與動態平衡能力並無顯著相關,但是透過練習,Wii Fit平衡遊戲成績有明顯進步。因此,目前仍以走平衡木為最簡便之測量動態平衡能力方法。

This study probed into the correlation of the scores of five Wii Fit balance games and dynamic balance ability, by means of Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, having 13 physical education graduate students as study subjects. With paired-sample t test, the study explored whether there were significant differences in scores before and after practicing Wii Fit balance games. The result showed no obvious correlation between Wii Fit balance games and dynamic balance ability; however, with practice, the scores did increase significantly. Therefore, walking on the balance beam is still the easiest way to measure dynamic balance ability.
