變阻式輕艇測功儀之訓練表現研究

The Study of Stroking Performance by Variable Resistance Kayak Ergometers

摘要


輕艇運動主要作用肌群是在上半身,自從成為奧運正式比賽項目後,參賽國家競爭日益激烈,不斷地尋求科學化的訓練及相關運動科學方法以提升運動表現。因此,劃槳測功儀的出現,提供一個很好的訓練方法,能夠使用空氣阻力模擬劃槳動作的阻力的情境。但是,此種空氣阻力的輕艇測功儀缺乏在水中真實劃行的感覺,因此引發本研究的動機,欲接近比賽情境下,採取變化阻力來訓練選手,同時也能預測運動員的表現。

The purpose of this study was to discuss stroking performance on the kayak. There are 30 subjects participate in this study, and subject was required to take stroking kayak ergometer test. A subject was measured through the control software National Instruments LabVIEW in the computer connected to the new magnet-control kayak. After that, each subject will take a break until their energy was fully recovered before beginning to take testing, in which the stroking frequency is 80 times per minute, and there are 8 stages with every 15 seconds per stage The results of the experiment illustrate in the two-minute test which mocks 500-meter stroking competition, the average stroking impulse of variable resistance was 404.5±119.23 kgf per second. Thus can see the performance in stroking impulse from variable resistance kayak ergometer.
