中部地區市售農產品殘留農藥監測

Pesticide Residues of Marketed Agricultural Products in Central Taiwan

摘要

99年度市售農產品殘留農藥監測計畫之執行，配合「中區聯合分工檢驗體系」，由中部6縣市（政府）衛生局（臺中縣、臺中市、苗栗縣、彰化縣、南投縣、雲林縣）每月至各該轄區之包裝場、超級市場及傳統市場抽取市售農產品檢體送至臺中縣衛生局及食品藥物管理局中區管理中心，依行政院衛生署公告「食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－多重殘留分析方法（三）」、「食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－二硫代胺基甲酸鹽劑之檢驗」及「食品中殘留農藥檢驗方法－多重殘留分析方法（四）」，進行202種農藥項目檢測。中部6縣市共抽驗508件農產品檢體，檢驗結果，其中符合規定者450件，佔88.6%。367件蔬菜檢體中，檢出農藥殘留者214件，檢出率為58.3%，符合規定者314件，佔85.6%。69件水果檢體中，檢出農藥殘留者41件，檢出率為59.4%，符合規定者68件，佔98.6%。72件其他類檢體中，檢出農藥殘留者45件，檢出率為62.5%，符合規定者68件，佔94.4%。58件不符規定檢體之原因分析，因超過容許量而不合格者7件，檢出規定不得檢出項目之農藥者50件，因超過容許量與檢出規定不得檢出項目之農藥而不合格者1件；對不符規定者，地方衛生機關均已依食品衛生管理法處辦。

A monitoring program for pesticide residues in marketed agricultural products was performed during fiscal year of 2010. A total of 508 samples were acquired thru the Midsection Local Health Bureaus from the supermarkets and traditional markets in Taiwan. The samples were analyzed by the multi-residue methods, which were promulgated by the Department of Health for 202 items of pesticides. Two hundred fourteen (58.3%) in 367 vegetable samples, 41 (59.4%) in 69 fruit samples and 45 (62.5%) in 72 other samples were found to contain pesticide residues. Three hundred and fourteen (85.6%) in 367 vegetable samples, 68 (98.6%) in 69 fruit samples and 68 (94.4%) in 72 other samples complied with the regulation set by the Department of Health. Of the samples that violated the regulations, 7 samples contained pesticide residues above the tolerance levels, 50 samples contained pesticide residues prohibited in those agricultural products category, and 1 sample contained both pesticide residues above the tolerance levels and prohibited. The local governments have enforced the penalties based on the Food Sanitation Management Act.
