同床異夢?原住民族棒球專任教練制度的認同與效益

Strange Bedfellows? Perceptions and Benefits of Indigenous Baseball Coaching Programs

摘要


關注族群議題是為了創造更公平的機會,而原住民族棒球輔導計畫則是要藉由原住民族教練來傳承棒球與扎根的教育工作。政府投入資源期望能夠帶動棒球運動的發展,在推動10年期間,教練之間對於該項計畫的認同與效益會影響該項計畫的執行成效。因此,本研究針對中等下學校棒球教練進行問卷調查,從301份有效樣本中作描述統計、卡方分析及變異數分析,結果發現原住民族棒球運動教練對於原住民族棒球輔導計畫的實施認同度高,且認為帶隊環境對原住民族教練具有高度支持,尤其是具有原住民族身分的棒球教練認同任度最高。

While the focus on ethnicity is about creating more equitable opportunities, while the indigenous baseball mentoring program is about helping indigenous coaches pass on baseball education. The government's investment is to promote the development of baseball. During the 10-year period, the coach's recognition and benefit of the plan will affect the effectiveness of the plan. Therefore, this study conducted a questionnaire survey on baseball coaches in lower secondary schools, with descriptive statistics, chi-square analysis and analysis of variance from a valid sample of 301. The results showed that the indigenous baseball coaches have a high degree of recognition for the implementation of the program, and believe that their team environment is highly supportive of indigenous coaches, especially those with indigenous identity.
