一位陶藝家的生涯歷程之敘說研究

本研究主要在探究某陶藝家的生涯發展歷程，透過半結構式深度訪談其成長過程與創作歷程，使用敘說研究的方法進行資料蒐集、分析、編碼、歸納，以深入研究對象的內心世界，而達到最佳的理解與描述。以生涯發展之「拱門模型」理論，論證如何影響其個人的生涯發展歷程與職業發展任務。經由他人生涯歷程發展的分析與結果，了解別人成功的要素，及如何達到生涯發展理論中的「生涯成熟」與「自我實現」，期能建議生涯抉擇不定的學生或就業中的人們，以了解自我的生涯任務。

This study aimed to explore a ceramic artist's career development by means of the semistructured depth interviews to get to know his growth and creative processes. The datum were collected, analyzed, coded, and generalized through the narrative research methods in order to make a deep study into the ceramic artist's inner world and to get the best understanding and description as well. The research framework was based on the ”arch models” of career development stages theory showing how it affects the individual's career choice and development. The main contribution of this study was to understand other people's success through the analytic results of other people's career development process. In addition, this study may offer suggestions for the students in the hesitation of career choices or the in-service employees to understand the life tasks and to attain the goals of ”career maturity” and ”self-realization”.
