軌道工程主維修機廠土機界面管理探討

STUDY OF ELECTROMECHANICAL AND CIVIL ENGINEERING INTERFACE MANAGEMENT OF TRACK PROJECT

摘要


軌道工程主維修機廠維修設備眾多,工程預算及界面需求更為龐大,更維繫營運車輛與乘客之安全,維修設備界面複雜,實務上遇有界面問題時多以傳統經驗判斷解決,致使移交前產生重大改修而耗時耗財。本研究以興建中的個案,中捷G線對照北捷C線,在施工階段關鍵時程有無進行界面查核,以實例分析界面查核的優缺點。本研究同時針對實際參與界面管理技術人員進行問卷調查,包括對於執行界面管理探討,發包模式與界面的關係及界面查核機制的效果等提出問答,回收問卷以套裝軟體SPSS 17.0中文版進行統計分析。經研究分析獲得以下成果:1.經研究分析,於施工階段關鍵時程實施界面查核,對照未實施界面查核,單就移交會勘日程相差達2.9倍,缺失改修長達四個多月。2.問卷調查回收後經SPSS 17.0統計分析,施工階段查核功能可有效處理界面問題有93.6%。實行界面查核機制,不僅工程效率提昇,更可將界面衝突即早發現改善。

There are numerous facilities of track engineering maintenance in the main service factory, and these facilities maintain the safety of vehicles and passengers. Thus, the cost and interface requirements are very high. However, interfaces of maintenance facilities are complicated and engineers nowadays are used to solve the problem between interfaces depend on their own experience. Due to the reasons mentioned above, considerable modifications wasting time and funds occurs while handing-over projects. The purpose of this study was to assess the pros and cons of interface inspection by comparing the TMRT G-line, which interfaces are routinely inspected between key points in construction stage to early detect and correct problems with TRTC C-line as a control group. A questionnaire was adopted to collect the data, including the execution of interface inspection, association between contract mode and the intervention and, most of all, the effectiveness of interface inspection. SPSS 17.0 was used for analysis. The results revealed that executing interface inspection in construction stage leads to a 2.9-fold reduction in the cost of time. On the other hand, interface inspection helps manager to solve up to 93.6% of conflicts. The principle conclusion was that execution of interface inspection can not only increase the engineering efficiency but also increase early correction rate of the conflicts of interface.
