家長式領導行為對賽前狀態性焦慮與團隊滿意度關係之研究

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討家長式領導行為對賽前狀態性焦慮及團隊滿意度之影響。研究對象為參加102年度新北市市長盃籃球賽之高中男子籃球員,總計224位球員,平均年齡16.48歲,標準差1.26歲。研究工具為「家長式領導行為量表」「賽前狀態性焦慮量表」與「團隊滿意度量表」等量表,研究統計分析以描述統計、Pearson積差相關、及多元迴歸進行分析。研究結果顯示:一、威權領導與認知焦慮、身體焦慮呈顯著正相關;才德領導、仁慈領導與賽前自信心及團隊滿意度呈顯著正相關。二、仁慈領導可有效預測賽前自信心;威權領導可有效預測認知焦慮、身體焦慮;仁慈領導與才德領導可有效預測團隊滿意度,總解釋變異量20.0%,其中仁慈領導佔17.6%,才德領導佔2.6%。本研究根據結果進行討論,並針對實際應用和未來研究方向提供建議,結果可應用於教練或運動團隊的訓練與管理之參考。

his study aims to investigate the high school basketball player paternalistic leadership behavior, before state anxiety and team satisfaction affected. The subjects participated in 102 years of New Taipei City Mayor's Cup basketball high school basketball staff, a total of 224 players, with an average age of 16.48 years, SD 1.26 years old.
